One package cooked/chilled Penne Pasta
Head of Broccoli chopped into small mouth bite size pieces
1/2 bag of baby carrots chopped
Can of sliced olives
Cucumber diced
Red Onion chopped finely
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Cooked and shredded chicken
Package Feta cheese
Basiclly just put all of above, or whatever you like, in a BIG bowl and then toss it with cracked pepper and Italian dressing.
This makes a ton so you can eat it for days to come and the noodles don't go weird. Kids love it because they can use their fingers. Also very colorful and a fun side to take to parties. Sometimes I leave the chicken out.
